Board Set Vacancies

The business decisions affecting West Fork Village are made by the Board of Directors. Board members must consider the Community as a whole and not have a specific agenda. You will have input in creating a budget, make decisions regarding issues of non-compliance and Covenant violations, review contracts and delinquencies, generate resolutions and volunteer for committees.
Five of the owners comprise the Board. There will be two seats open this summer. If you would like to be a candidate, consider attending the April, May and/or June Board meetings to see what’s involved.
Elections will be held at the Annual Meeting on July 13, 2019.

Per the 2012 International Fire Code adopted by City of Greeley Ordinance.

BBQ grills cannot be used on multi family structure decks/balconies. BBQ grills may not be stored on decks/balconies.

308.1.4 Open-flame cooking devices. Charcoal burners and other open-flame cooking devices shall not be operated on combustible balconies or within 10 feet (3,048 mm) of combustible construction.

According to the West Fork Village covenants 15.10 Porches, Patios and courtyards may not be enclosed and may not be used for storage.





Block Telemarketing Calls with Comcast Digital  Voice

For our customers who have Comcast Digital Voice (home telephone) just go to or and click on the telephone icon…this brings you to the Xfinity Connect screen for your account.  There is a new menu item on the left-hand side of your screen called…🚫 Block Telemarketers with Nomorobo.  Just click on that and it will pop up some instructions which includes a link to sign up.  It’s free to all Xfinity customers with home phone services.

Painting work

The Buildings that have been painted  and completed in 2018 are: Buildings 1,8,9,12 and Garages A,B,C,D,E.

This year we will paint : Buildings: 7,5,4 and 3, awnings on buildings 6-15, all trash enclosures and pool fence.
