1. *
An application for registration must be filled out in full with the Unit Owner’s (if different than pet owner) signature and pet must be registered with the West Fork Village Board of Directors or Manager within five (5) days of residency and/or within five (5) days of acquiring a new pet at West Fork Village O.A Inc.’s (WFVOA) property. This application can be found at westforkvillage.org or you may request a copy at the office.I read it

The following are the rules and regulations, in addition to WFVOA Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R) 15.9, which you must abide by, while on WFVOA property.I read it
3. *
All dogs must be fifty (50) pounds or less (adult weight) with a maximum of two (2) pets per unit. Pets must be neutered or spayed, properly licensed and inoculated for Rabies. (A Rabies Certificate must be included with the Pet Permission Request Form.) A one-time $25.00 per dog and a one-time $10.00 cat registration fee will be charged and must be paid by pet owner at the time of registration. If you are planning to have a pet (or puppy) with a recognized adult weight (according to a breed type) that exceeds 50 pounds the Board and /or the manager will not give written permission for the pet to reside at West Fork Village. All registration forms must be accompanied by a current photograph of the pet being registered. If the dog is 6 months old or less at the time of registration, owner must provide another photo of the animal after it is over 12 months old. All other pets besides dogs and cats are permitted only with written permission from the Executive Board or Manager. Visiting pets are not allowed for more than a twenty-four (24) hour period without prior permission from the Manager or Executive Board.I read it

Owner/tenant is responsible for his/her pet’s conduct at all times while on the property. Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. The Owner/tenant states that the said pet will not disturb or pose a threat to any other person or pet while on the property. The pet may not be allowed to urinate or defecate on decks, patio areas or A/C units, but only on the grass or rocks and must be cleaned up immediately.I read it

• The owner or persons having the pet are required to ensure the prompt clean-up of all solid waste of the subject pet. Failure to comply with these rules & regulations will result in a fine or fines as set forth on the fine schedule posted on the WFVOA website and in the mail room, and possible revocation of permission to have the pet or pets at WFVOAI read it
6. *
• Owner or persons having the pet are required to ensure that their pet or pets are on a lead or leash at all times while outside the unit and may not be left and/or tied unsupervised on patios, porches or balconies or any other Limited Common Elements or Common Elements and must be attended at all times while on West Fork Village Common Elements or Limited Common elements property. No dog is to be allowed to be left alone and unattended overnight inside or outside the unit. As per WFVOA CC&R 15.15.3, no annoying sounds are permitted which may constitute barking and howling or any other noises associated with your pet. Failure to comply will result in a fine or fines as set forth on the fine schedule posted on the WFVOA website and in the mail room, and possible revocation of permission to have the pet(s).I read it

• Any registered pet is solely the pet(s) indicated on the application form. Owner or tenant wishing to have pet(s) not indicated on original Application form, must submit a new application prior to having such other pet(s) at WFVOAI read it
8. *
• The Unit owner, whether or not a resident of West Fork Village and whether or not the pet owner, is subject to the West Fork Village CC&R requirements as if they were the resident party having the pet at WFVOA, and is subject to any fines or other obligations which may be incurred as a direct result of their tenant’s having a pet at WFVOA. Such cost may include court costs and attorney fees should the Association be required to incur the same to enforce the CC&R.I read it

• The Executive Board, at their discretion, reserves the right to have a pet removed whether registered or non-registered, if the pet becomes a nuisance or inconvenience to residents at WFVOA. The owner/tenant of the pet agrees upon ten (10) days written notice to permanently remove said pet from the premises.I read it
